Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

As our matcha tins are consumable products, we cannot restock or resell them once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at order@matchaconcept.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement only.

Important Notes

  • Items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
